The keys to the old side were handed over to the demolition crew at 8.15 this morning and by this afternoon rooms 200, 201 and 202 are now history. Tomorrow they will start hauling off the old FIJI house to make way for the new floor layout.

Welcome Graduate Brothers to Lambda Nu House Corporation’s construction blog! We will use this to post project updates. Feel free to send this page on! A special thank you to all the Graduate Brothers who have donated to make this $1.6 million renovation of our chapter house possible.
We have had a few questions about what this project will include – here is a brief overview: interior fire sprinklers, new fire alarm, new electrical distribution system, new heating and air condition, new windows, new bathrooms and a new suite style room layout.
While we have had over 200 graduate brothers donate to this project – we still are in the process of raising money for the project. If you are interested in donating, please email pgd@unl.edu.
